The electronic signature service

1-signature is published and operated by LPH as a reseller of Goodflag Signature, a trust service provided by Goodflag, a société par actions simplifiée registered with the Troyes Trade and Companies Register under number 480 622 257, whose registered office is at 9 avenue Maréchal Leclerc, 10120 Saint-André-les-Vergers.

Electronic signature certificates, seals and timestamps are issued by Goodflag and its certification authorities. LPH issues no certificates.

Professional liability insurance

LPH holds professional liability insurance with Hiscox SA — Hiscox France, 38 avenue de l'Opéra, 75002 Paris — through the broker Assurup.

Geographical scope of cover: worldwide, excluding the United States and Canada.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator, free of charge, with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with LPH.

LPH has appointed:

A referral to the mediator is admissible only after a written complaint has first been sent to support@1-signature.fr and has not received a satisfactory response.

Intellectual property

The website, its structure, its texts, its style sheets and its graphic elements — including the 1-signature logo — are the property of LPH and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle). Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

Goodflag's trademarks and logos belong to Goodflag and are reproduced under the resale partnership.

The website uses third-party components under free licences, as well as the Outfit (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Satoshi (ITF Free Font License) typefaces, which remain the property of their respective authors.
